What We Do?
In line with official directives, the Public Authority of Manpower (PAM) updates and manages Employment Visa records on this site using data directly received from MOI. Here, visa holders can:
- ● Track real-time updates on Employment Visa status
- ● Download official Employment Visa
- ● Verify authenticity of issued visas
Important to Know
All visa types in Kuwait including Employment Visas are exclusively issued by the Ministry of Interior (MOI). However, MOI does not directly offer digital downloads of visas. Traditionally, Employment Visas must be collected in person from the MOI Visa Centre by:
- ● The company’s Public Relations Officer (PRO)
- ● The Sponsor
- ● Or an officially authorized representative
Important Notice
- ● eVisa Upgrade: From July 24, 2025 all Electronic Visas (eVisas) are now issued in Version 3.0, featuring enhanced security and smarter verification.
- ● Approvals from May 2025 onwards: Verify your visa using the new Kuwait Visa App – you’ll be prompted to download it when you visit this website.
- ● Approvals before May 2025: Continue using the previous Kuwait Visa App, available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
New Digital System - Effective from May 5, 2025
To enhance transparency and accessibility, MOI and MOFA have jointly empowered the Public Authority of Manpower (PAM) to:
- ● Digitally process visa approval data
- ● Allow visa holders to submit essential information
- ● Upload and access verified copies of Employment Visas online
